Exchanges and returns
Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be made exclusively in store within 15 days after the product arrival.
- The item must be in perfect condition, with the original tag attached.
Returns:
- The cost of return is the customer's responsibility and can be made within 15 after the product arrival.
- The return must be sent using the same original delivery method.
- The item must be in the same condition as purchased, including the original tag.
- Returns will be processed exclusively through a store credit voucher (valid for 1 month).
